The MM9 is a wrist mounted rocket launcher loaded with one anti-personnel wrist rocket that was dumb-fired line-of-sight at a target at up to fifty meters. Designed with an overhang over the back of the hand to prevent the user from blowing their own hand off, and fired with the touch of a button.
The ammunition on this MM9 Wrist Rocket has been swapped with electromagnetic pulse explosives, allowing the explosives fired from MM9 Wrist Rocket (EMP) to, on impact, spread disruptive electromagnetic energy that disables electrical systems and droids.
The top of this MM9 Wrist Rocket has been fitted with an infrared scope, allowing MM9 Wrist Rocket (EMP) to locate targets in the infrared viewing spectrum.
The underside of this MM9 Wrist Rocket has been fitted a miniaturized scatter gun, allowing MM9 Wrist Rocket (EMP) to fire multiple spread shots of slugs using the Slugthrowers skill.
