Prototype: RX-series Pilot Droid
The RX-series Pilot Droid is droid with a squat cylindrical chassis that has a flared base with a repulsorlift for moving around. It has three clawed limbs that allowed it to manipulate ship controls and fly vessels. On top of its chassis it has a helmet like head and humanoid faceplate with photoreceptors and a speaker for communicating with organics. They can operate independently as a pilot but have programming that makes them capable co-pilots as well.
RX-88 "Falcon" has had every external component painted black as night, with attempts to minimize the brightness of external lights and features. This allows this RX-series Pilot Droid to more easily blend into the shadows and darkness unseen.
RX-88 "Falcon" has developed a predatory nature similar to those often associated with assassin droids. As a result, RX-88 "Falcon" will often approach a situation with the mind set of a hunter, and convey their findings as such. This can be disconcerting to others who are unaccustomed to RX-88 "Falcon".
