RX-6Y "Sixy"

The RX-series Pilot Droid is droid with a squat cylindrical chassis that has a flared base with a repulsorlift for moving around. It has three clawed limbs that allowed it to manipulate ship controls and fly vessels. On top of its chassis it has a helmet like head and humanoid faceplate with photoreceptors and a speaker for communicating with organics. They can operate independently as a pilot but have programming that makes them capable co-pilots as well.

Functional Fortification (Droid Modification)

RX-6Y "Sixy" has had specialized system monitoring software installed as well as additional monitoring circuitry that allows this RX-series Pilot Droid to more carefully monitor its own performance and protect itself from minor electrical spikes and fluctuations. This additional protection increases the power consumption by the droid to maintain this safety system, both reducing its operating time between charges and reducing the power output and strength of any installed combat systems.

Derring Do (Droid Personality)

RX-6Y "Sixy" has been programmed to push the envelope when it comes to standard operating procedure. Designed to mimic the personality of the most audacious and brash Starfighter pilots in the galaxy, RX-6Y "Sixy" has supreme confidence in its own abilities which allows for it to carry out risky, and often foolhardy maneuvers.
