The DUM-series Pit Droid is a cheap, durable model of repair droid featuring the ability to fold into a compact form when not in use. It is bipedal in design with three-fingered pincer hands as well as a hat shaped head with a single photosensor that resembles a large nose. The compact form can be toggled by tapping their "nose".
DUM-series Pit Droid has had every external component painted black as night, with attempts to minimize the brightness of external lights and features. This allows this DUM-series Pit Droid to more easily blend into the shadows and darkness unseen.
DUM-series Pit Droid has developed a personality revolving around analytics with no room for imagination. This results in a myriad of statistics and rules of logic being delivered routinely. Such a personality can be grating on others, and often is greeted with annoyance.
