The BD-3000 Luxury Droid is a protocol droid used most notably in high-end entertainment establishments and in the care of wealthy patrons. This droid is a sign of wealth and is designed to appear lavish and stylized. It is capable of providing basic serving functions.

The Caretaker (Droid Personality)

Tanako (Civvie model) has developed a personality around the concept of a caretaker. It has assumed the needs of its owner to be its prime directive, even such tasks that have not been requested of it. This results in Tanako (Civvie model) often flitting about in an attempt to meet any possible task before it is necessary, including menial tasks.

Silver And Gold (Droid Cosmetic)

Tanako (Civvie model) has been altered to appear more as a token of wealth than your typical BD-3000 Luxury Droid. Silver paint has been applied to the droid's exterior, allowing for accented gold plating in order to create a contrast and draw attention to the supposed credit value the droid represents.

Active Data Retrieval (Droid Enhancement Upgrade - II)

A sophisticated active data retrieval system has been installed in Tanako (Civvie model), allowing this BD-3000 Luxury Droid to track the motions of Morgan Sorenn and provide real-time feedback on the the specifics of objects in their line of sight by visualizing them through a small holoprojector. Data provided this way is superficial, similar to that found on the HoloNet or previously loaded into Tanako (Civvie model)'s memory core.
