The YT-1000 Light Freighter is a 28-meter long Light Freighter. Hyperdrive capable, this vessel has poor maneuverability and speed, with light armor and shielding. Built by the Corellian Engineering Corporation and considered outdated by the height of the Galactic Empire, this cargo vessel would be the predecessor of the wildly successful YT-1300 series and was favored by smugglers who could tinker with the ship.
