The 3PO-series Protocol Droid is designed with a specialized vocabulator and an encyclopedic knowledge of languages and cultural information. It possesses a standardized humanoid design, available in a wide array of colors but all possessing the same basic form with its notably restrained range of movement. It also possesses an advanced VerboBrain that enables it to quickly analyze new languages and translate them into more well-known ones.

Servant Droid (Droid Personality)

D-3PO, Protocol Droid has been programmed to serve its owner without question. Acting much like a butler, D-3PO, Protocol Droid will act for the most part in silence, and will adhere to the literal definition of its instructions to the best of its abilities.

Built-In Comlink (Basic) (Droid Enhancement Upgrade - I)

D-3PO, Protocol Droid has been fitted with a built-in comlink, allowing it to access and communicate over various communications networks without additional gear.

Old and Gold (Droid Cosmetic)

This 3P0 Droid has been around and he has held up remarkably well in terms of appearance over the years. Having luckily avoided serious damage over the years, he does have several small scrapes and scratches on his head and torso. His eyes flicker with lights more then other comparable droids. He is his original shiny gold colour. He did have one ankle joint replaced, and a portion of his left foot are polished silver in colour as a result.
