The Imperial Shadow Trooper Armor is a variant of the standard Imperial Stormtrooper armor with the armor segments colored black alongside the bodysuit. Its armor plates are manufactured from a special polymer that is lighter and harder than that of standard issue armor, making the armor itself lighter and easier to move in than other heavy armors.
Imperial Shadow Trooper Armor has been designed with a black color scheme. Each component of the armor shares the same matte application of black.
The gloves on this Imperial Shadow Trooper Armor have been enhanced with trigger mechanisms for forearm-mounted weapons, allowing the wearer to use tailored hand movements to fire or activate features on those weapons when equipped.
The helmet of this Imperial Shadow Trooper Armor has been fitted with a Multi-Frequency Target Acquisition System (MFTAS), allowing the user to track and scan for multiple enemy targets. The MFTAS can calculate the outcomes of various tactics in a compressed time via computer models. Telemetry data including atmospheric conditions, the user's ammo count, unit member distance and individual ID tags, firing solutions, and tactical information is displayed around the peripheral of the user's field range for ease of use while keeping the center view unobstructed.
Imperial Shadow Trooper Armor has been fitted with high-tech medical technology and a bacta reserve, allowing this Imperial Shadow Trooper Armor to patch minor wounds in the middle of combat and seal general injuries after combat.
Imperial Shadow Trooper Armor has been reinforced with a special type of ablative plating, providing it with advanced protection from the removal of the original material from Imperial Shadow Trooper Armor by means of vaporization, chipping, scarring, and other erosive processes.
Imperial Shadow Trooper Armor has been fitted with an integrated sensor telemetry pod emitting active signals programmed to bounce and return, providing accurate environmental data to feed to the user's Multi-Frequency Target Acquisition System should they have one, and back to a command center through encrypted telemetry.
