The Clone ARC Trooper Armor is lighter and offers more protection than standard Clone Trooper armor. The armor is designed to be fitted with a wide range of specialized attachments to fill a diverse set of roles and situations. Standard issue for the Grand Army of the Republic's ARC Troopers, it is usually worn with a blast-dampening kama and rank signifying pauldron.
Clone ARC Trooper Armor has been reinforced with a special type of ablative plating, providing it with advanced protection from the removal of the original material from Clone ARC Trooper Armor by means of vaporization, chipping, scarring, and other erosive processes.
