This Dark Armor has been constructed using heavy durasteel alloy, providing it with heavy protection against a variety of attacks when compared to standard Dark Armors.

This Dark Armor has been fitted with various zero-g/vacuum seals complete with helmet scrubbers, allowing the user the ability to operate in zero-g environments and the vacuum of space while providing them with a limited supply of breathable air.

Dark Armor has been fitted with an ion hardening system, protecting the power generator and cells of this armor from shutting off due to ion damage.

Dark Armor has been enhanced with a kinetic resistant overlay, that allows the wearer of this Dark Armor to operate and survive in extreme kinetic conditions without the loss of function or being physically overwhelmed, for a limited amount of time.

The helmet viewplate in this Dark Armor has been coated with a thickened specialized material in order to reduce the potential for glare in sudden high-brightness situations. It affords the user a clear view of situations that would typically be difficult to see or disorienting, but does not restore itself to the ambient lighting quickly.

Dark Armor has been designed with a black color scheme. Each component of the armor shares the same matte application of black.
