Tyraal likes a nice blend of formal, but something general that can get away everywhere. For this, he will always resort to his trusty white, low collar shirt, with a grey cardigan style overcoat. Add this on top of a pair of well tailored, slim fitting black trousers with a deep red belt, silver-buckled, and a pair of knee-high boots, which may or may not be polished, depending on the degree of formality, and you can see Tyraal's neat choice of just dressed enough for the formalities yet at the top end of the non-formal occasions.
