The Crime Scene Analysis Droid is a bipedal droid equipped with a vocoder that allows it to communicate with organics. It has a specialized sensory suite and programming installed that allows it to detect and discover clues, and help draw conclusions to aid in solving a crime. They were first used by the Jedi Order to assist Jedi investigators as they attempted to solve crimes as peacekeepers.
T.R.A.C.E. (Tactical Reconstruction and Crime-scene Examination) has developed a personality revolving around analytics with no room for imagination. This results in a myriad of statistics and rules of logic being delivered routinely. Such a personality can be grating on others, and often is greeted with annoyance.
T.R.A.C.E. (Tactical Reconstruction and Crime-scene Examination) has been painstakingly cared for, and even upon close examination it appears as though Crime Scene Analysis Droid was freshly off the manufacturing line. Absent of any scratches, dents or even the slightest imperfections, the only thing missing is the new droid smell.
