The R41 Starchaser is a 16-meter long Starfighter that is built to be a multi-role starfighter. Hyperdrive capable, this vessel has poor maneuverability and average speed, with light armor and shielding. A contemporary of the Z-95 Headhunter, it would be generally classified as outdated at this time, but it is still popular with many pirate bands and local system police. Its armament has generally had to overcome its defenses.
