Prototype: B1 Battle Droid
The B1 Battle Droid is a tall, thin humanoid framed battle droid manufactured widely during the Clone Wars. Its humanoid frame allowed the droids to operate a range of machinery, vehicles, and weapons while programmed to never surrender proving unquestionably loyal. The base model, however, had limited armoring, and simple programming, making them incapable of independent thought and vulnerable in basic one on one combat. Manufactured in mass by Baktoid Combat Automata and Baktoid Armor Workshop.
B1 Battle Droid has developed a personality revolving around analytics with no room for imagination. This results in a myriad of statistics and rules of logic being delivered routinely. Such a personality can be grating on others, and often is greeted with annoyance.
B1 Battle Droid has had every external component painted black as night, with attempts to minimize the brightness of external lights and features. This allows this B1 Battle Droid to more easily blend into the shadows and darkness unseen.
