The DUM-series Pit Droid is a cheap, durable model of repair droid featuring the ability to fold into a compact form when not in use. It is bipedal in design with three-fingered pincer hands as well as a hat shaped head with a single photosensor that resembles a large nose. The compact form can be toggled by tapping their "nose".
Essik Lyccane has painstakingly cared for this DUM-series Pit Droid, and even upon close examination it appears as though NKI-027 "Barada" was freshly off the manufacturing line. Absent of any scratches, dents or even the slightest imperfections, the only thing missing is the new droid smell.
NKI-027 "Barada" has developed a personality revolving around analytics with no room for imagination. This results in a myriad of statistics and rules of logic being delivered routinely. Such a personality can be grating on others, and often is greeted with annoyance.
