The IQA-11 Sniper Rifle is an incredibly powerful sniper rifle with a mounted high-powered dual zoom scope giving it accuracy at an extremely long-range. Each shot expends a considerable amount of energy and heat, such that the weapon must cool down between shots reducing the rate of fire.
