WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle

The WESTAR-M5 is a large blaster rifle that is very accurate at close range, with a flex sight making it accurate in medium-range situations as well. It is capable of powerful armor piercing semi-automatic, burst or automatic firing modes. It also comes equipped stock with an under-barrel grenade launcher that makes the weapon more difficult to wield, but capable of dumb firing up to six grenades one at a time that detonate on impact with a hard surface with a wide blast radius. The under-barrel launchers uses the Explosives skill.

Droid Targetting System (Blaster Weapon Targeting Enhancement - III)

WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle has been modified with a droid targeting system, greatly increasing the aiming of this WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle using a droid brain chip and a series of gyros.

Lightweight Frame (Blaster Weapon Enhancement - I)

WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle has been modified with lighter alloy materials and reduction in excess components, allowing this WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle to be handled much easier.

Underslung Mini-Missile Launcher (Blaster Rifle Weapon Upgrade - III)

The underside of this WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle has been fitted with a miniaturized missile launcher, allowing WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle to fire a miniature rocket at a target using the Explosives skill.

Droid Brain Detonator + Ordinance Impeller (Explosives Launcher Ammunition - III)

The ammunition on this WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle has been swapped with explosives fitted with a droid brain and ordinance impeller, allowing the explosives fired from WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle to travel across land at the same speed of a humanoid's walk and detonate exactly when and where the wielder desires.
