Prototype: Viper Probot

The Viper Probot is a miniaturized reconnaissance probe droid used for scouting missions where larger probe droids were impractical. It is equipped with a 360-degree array of short-range sensors on a half-hemisphere head with four appendages beneath its chassis ending in pincers allowing it to walk. It also is fitted with a pair of simple blasters that it can fire with deadly accuracy.

Black As Night (Droid Cosmetic)

Viper Probot has had every external component painted black as night, with attempts to minimize the brightness of external lights and features. This allows this Viper Probot to more easily blend into the shadows and darkness unseen.

Sarcastic Tendencies (Droid Personality)

Viper Probot has developed a quirked personality, granting it an inclination towards heavy doses of sarcasm when engaged in dialogue. As a result, Viper Probot comes across as having issues taking direction and developed a reputation for 'snark'.
