The Immobilizer 418-class Heavy Cruiser is a 600-meter long Interdictor Cruiser designed with four spherical gravity well projectors that can pull ships out of hyperspace or prevent them from entering it. Hyperdrive capable, this vessel has average maneuverability, speed, and shielding. The vessel however becomes very slow and cumbersome with the simulated mass of the gravity well generators activated, leaving the ship incredibly vulnerable. It was developed and used by the Galactic Empire, finding use by the Imperial Navy, but never widely deployed due to its vulnerabilities and its use was quickly phased out.
