The Command Cloak is a flowing cloak that hangs off the back of one shoulder, wrapping around the neck and hanging over the front of the other shoulder and draping all the way to the ground. A deep black cloak in this style with a red stripe was worn by First Order Stormtrooper Captain Phasma.

This floor-length cape, made of rich purple Onderon silk, is fastened to the right shoulder. It flows down the back, pooling slightly at the bottom. The overall look is dramatic and theatrical.
