Luna was bred in a tame condition, and is comfortable around humanoids. It depends on humanoids for survival and looks to them for support. As creature handling goes up, a member can better understand and train and control this creature, but it will always look to Rayne Palpatine for guidance and support. When a character is proficient (+3) at handling creatures, they can do all they need with a domesticated creature.

Luna seems to have their own agenda when it comes to deciding who or what to follow. They do not fall into the typical “Alpha” or “Beta” nature’s, which can either make them amiably agreeable or differentially despondent. As a result, it’s hard to generally get a read on Luna’s mood or feelings on a particular matter making them something of a wildcard.
