The E-wing Escort Fighter is an 11.2-meter long Starfighter that was developed during the cold war. It is often considered the successor of the X-wing Starfighter, and shares a similar design that makes it a good all-around starfighter. Hyperdrive capable, this vessel has great maneuverability and speed with strong shields and heavy armor. It requires the use of an astromech droid for improved navigation and in-flight maintenance.
