The Elite Cane is an ornate cane designed to assist an individual in walking, though sometimes used as a symbol of affluence. It can be used as a makeshift weapon quickly as it is often wielded by its owner.

The World (Melee Weapon Cosmetic)

Miniscule precious gems set into a sphere of pure silver form the features of a planet as the head of this cane, while the shaft is of a glossy black with an electrum-plated ring a few inches from the top and an equally electrum-plated endcap.

Environmental Adaption Kit (Blunt Weapon Upgrade - II)

Sceptre Of Smack has been fitted with augmented environmental adaption technology, allowing this Elite Cane to resist the effects of hazardous environments such as ionization or acid rain and prevent damage to the weapon.

HoloNet Tracker (Blunt Weapon Handle Upgrade - I)

The handle on this Elite Cane has been modified with a small low-power tracker that allows the location of this Elite Cane to be tracked (assuming that location happens to be near a HoloNet transceiver).
