The Mandalorian Heavy Infantry Armor is a variant of Mandalorian Armor that shares the same style as its lighter counterparts but is built more heavily. It consists of a helmet, shoulder pauldrons, wrist gauntlets, breastplate, codpiece, knee pads, as well as leg guards all clasped over a full-body glove that provides both comfort and protection. The helmet possesses an iconic T-shaped visor as well as an antenna tipped with a macrobinocular rangefinder that can be pulled over the viewplate. The armor is constructed of durasteel, and is able to be pressurized via a toggle to allow the wearer to survive in space, toxic atmospheres, and under water.

Matte Black Pattern (Armor Cosmetic)

Mandalorian Heavy Infantry Armor has been designed with a black color scheme. Each component of the armor shares the same matte application of black.

Portable Plasma Shield (Experimental) (Armor Enhancement - III)

Mandalorian Heavy Infantry Armor has been fitted with a small plasma shield, allowing this Mandalorian Heavy Infantry Armor to disperse up to ten energy or physical attacks before cutting out.

Anti-Glare Coating (Advanced) (Armor Helmet Upgrade - III)

The helmet viewplate in this Mandalorian Heavy Infantry Armor has been coated with a thickened specialized material in order to reduce the potential for glare in sudden high-brightness situations. It affords the user a clear view of situations that would typically be difficult to see or disorienting, but does not restore itself to the ambient lighting quickly.

Ablative Plating (Armor Medium Resistance Upgrade - III)

Mandalorian Heavy Infantry Armor has been reinforced with a special type of ablative plating, providing it with advanced protection from the removal of the original material from Mandalorian Heavy Infantry Armor by means of vaporization, chipping, scarring, and other erosive processes.

Ion Hardened (Armor Enhancement - II)

Mandalorian Heavy Infantry Armor has been fitted with an ion hardening system, protecting the power generator and cells of this armor from shutting off due to ion damage.

Bio-Support Dispenser (Enclosed Armor Upgrade - III)

Mandalorian Heavy Infantry Armor has been fitted with high-tech medical technology and a bacta reserve, allowing this Mandalorian Heavy Infantry Armor to patch minor wounds in the middle of combat and seal general injuries after combat.
