The Lightsaber is a weapon used by Jedi and Sith. It is a plasma blade, emitted from a hilt and powered by crystals that determine the characteristics and color. It is useful as both an offensive and defensive weapon depending on the skill of the one wielding it. Capable of cutting through virtually anything including blast doors given enough time.
Velira’s Lightsaber has a simple dark gray cylindrical hilt set with knurled circles to assist in gripping the weapon, with a clasp at the base to attach the weapon, and a bright red blade when activated.
This lightsaber is equipped with an attachment wired directly into the lightsaber's power supply that allows the blade to draw power from other blades it may make contact with, at the risk of overloading and shutting down momentarily.
This lightsaber has been built using lightweight materials, rendering it lighter and easier to wield than a typical lightsaber hilt.
