Venenum is a terrestrial planet orbiting the star Caperion. The planet has a Type III atomosphere and is capable of supporting non humanoid life. It's terrain is rocky and mountainous, separated by rivers, lakes and oceans of sulphuric acid. Wildlife present on the planet is specially adapted to the harsh acidic conditions. The planet also has a highly eliptical orbit, which causes a period of increased temperature as the planet approaches perihelion followed by sustained acid rains for a standard month as the planet rapidly cools as it passes perihelion. It has one moon, named Lypalion.
