Beskar Beskad

The Beskar Beskad is a traditional Mandalorian sword constructed from the rare metal beskar. It was designed by Mandalorians based on a design from the ancient Taung, it has a single edge blade that widens toward the tip before tapering to a point. Two metal guards protect the wielder's hands at the top and base of the hilt, and was traditionally accompanied by a Kal in the offhand.

This Beskar Beskad has been constructed with pure beskar alloy. This pure beskar alloy allows Beten Erinos to use his Beskar Beskad to resist blaster and lightsaber attacks.

Beskar Beskad has seen combat, and it shows, with marks scarring the body on the weapon, and minor damage in the form of scratches and dents unrepaired since they had no impact on the functionality of this Beskar Beskad.

Type II - Inhibiting (Poison Weapon)

Beskar Beskad has been coated with a poison that can interfere with the body’s motor functions by targeting the muscles and nervous system. The affects can vary from the numbing, paralysis, or slowing of limbs to halting breathing and inducing seizures or sleep. The poison triggers on contact with the skin or bloodstream, with the most severe symptoms manifesting in the immediate area of the wound. Requires the "Poison Weapons Feat" on the Character Sheets to be effective in combat.

Advanced Mullinine Edge (Bladed Weapon Enhancement - III)

Beskar Beskad has been fitted with an advanced mulliline blade, allowing this Beskar Beskad to better keep its sharpness and deliver greatly more penetrating injuries.

Ion Cell (Bladed Weapon Hilt Upgrade - II)

The handle on this Beskar Beskad has been fitted with an ion cell, allowing Beskar Beskad to discharge ions along the cutting edge of the blade and deal greater damage to droids or electrical components.
