It contains several hours worth of breathable air, more than enough to handle the majority of most conflicts. The additional seals and air supply increases encumbrance, making the set several pounds heavier than the typical Brotherhood-issued Elite Royal Guard Praetorian Armor as well as decreasing overall mobility.

Brotherhood-issued Elite Royal Guard Praetorian Armor has been fitted with a body glove near the skin that moves moisture away from the skin and keeps Malik Sadow dry, helping to keep him more comfortable. This glove makes it impossible to further alter this Brotherhood-issued Elite Royal Guard Praetorian Armor to provide additional protections.

Brotherhood-issued Elite Royal Guard Praetorian Armor includes a fully vacuum-sealed helmet, complete with scrubbers in order to ensure that Malik Sadow is able to have breathable air at all times. However, this requires additional bulk being added to the Brotherhood-issued Elite Royal Guard Praetorian Armor's helmet, causing large restrictions to Malik Sadow's neck movements.
