The Ascendant Drone is a powerful utility-combat droid hybrid housed within a drone-chassis design. Each drone is programmed with a unique and powerful artificial intelligence construct. Constructed from military-grade metals and infused with ascendant crystals, it is capable of firing a powerful beam of pure energy from the composite beam laser array stored beneath the crimson photo-receptor in the middle of the front of the chassis. It uses a myriad of repulsorlift technology to give it immense lift and propulsion capability, allowing it to keep up with a speeder.
Ascendant “E.D.I.” Drone has had all of its visible components and chassis painted a matte black color. Each of these pieces is framed and accented with thin silver stripes. All lights on the body have been swapped to glow a deep red, matching the single deep crimson kyr'bes sigil painted on its top.
E.D.I. is an experimental artificial intelligence designed to consolidate and analyze all information that Idris Adenn has access to. While eager to be of use, her experimental status has left her with some personality quirks. These quirks include being quick to anger when her analysis is questioned, sarcastic comments, and the periodic poorly timed joke.
