Prototype: Ascendant Drone
The Ascendant Drone is a powerful utility-combat droid hybrid housed within a drone-chassis design. Each drone is programmed with a unique and powerful artificial intelligence construct. Constructed from military-grade metals and infused with ascendant crystals, it is capable of firing a powerful beam of pure energy from the composite beam laser array stored beneath the crimson photo-receptor in the middle of the front of the chassis. It uses a myriad of repulsorlift technology to give it immense lift and propulsion capability, allowing it to keep up with a speeder.
J-ST3 has been programmed to serve Raistlin without question. Acting much like a butler, J-ST3 will act for the most part in silence, and will adhere to the literal definition of its instructions to the best of its abilities.
A carbonite projector has been fitted to J-ST3, allowing this Ascendant Drone to launch liquid cold carbonite at a target and temporarily freeze them in place or slow them down.
Embedded rocket launchers have been installed inside this Ascendant Drone's chassis and frame, with the multiple ordinance deployable at a moment's notice and capable of damaging a medium sized area.
J-ST3 has had every external component painted black as night, with attempts to minimize the brightness of external lights and features. This allows this Ascendant Drone to more easily blend into the shadows and darkness unseen.
An experimental automated repair system has been installed on this Ascendant Drone, giving it an ability to perform or assist in the performance of self-diagnosis and self-repair of its mechanical systems. This system slows the droid while it assesses any necessary repairs when dealing with heavy damage, and can perform very basic tasks or actions while assessing necessary repairs.
