The Light Infantry Utility Vehicle (LIUV), also known as the First Order snow speeder, is a wedge-shaped assault craft used in frigid climates. Because of the extreme conditions it was used in, the snow speeder has heating coils built into the seats to support the crew. It has one repeating cannon that became inoperable if removed from the vehicle. The mounting attachment gives the gunner a wide, lateral field of fire.
