The RHTT-6 Transport Platoon is a troop transport unit that consists of eight RHTT-6 Transports, along with eight pilots, eight technicians, and four mechanics to operate and maintain them. Each is equipped with light armor and shielding, but is unarmed. Operated by the pilots in the platoon, each can carry 40 passengers allowing the platoon to carry 320 soldiers or passengers.
