The WESTAR-35 "Phoenix Edition" Blaster Pistol is a modified variation of the WESTAR-35 that retains the same compact design and fast firing rates. The main structure of the weapon has been upgraded with higher quality materials that allow the weapons to operate more efficiently while slightly increasing the already impressive firing rate. As well as a low-power pulse warning built into the grip that warns whenever the weapon is low on power. The Mandalorian warrior Sabine Wren was known to use a pair of these weapons as part of the early rebellion against the Galactic Empire.
Ruug'la Ruusanyc has been modified with an overcharged actuating module that alters the electromagnetic accelerator, allowing this WESTAR-35 "Phoenix Edition" Blaster Pistol to fire bolts of greatly increased power and penetration.
The top of this WESTAR-35 "Phoenix Edition" Blaster Pistol has been fitted with a J19 electroscope, allowing Ruug'la Ruusanyc up to 8x zoom with four adjustment levels of magnification and low-light capabilities.
The chassis of this WESTAR-35 "Phoenix Edition" Blaster Pistol has been modified with waterproof casing, seals, and a modified emitter that emits a pulse, allowing Ruug'la Ruusanyc to be submerged and operate normally in water without damage to the internal components.
