The main structure of the weapon has been upgraded with even higher quality materials and a combo reflec-ablative coating, making the weapon also resistant to sensor sweeps. The power cell and Xciter on this model have been modified to increase output of the wide-beam burning mode, preserving damage output with an increase in armor penetration over the standard model.
Merr-Sonn "Batch Edition" 773 Firepuncher Sniper Rifle has had every external component painted black as night, with attempts to minimize the brightness of external lights and features.
