Prototype: Old Republic Architect Droid

The Old Republic Architect Droid is an ancient Utility Droid design used by the Old Republic and Jedi Order. It is a bipedal droid design that features two arms, with two more arms stored in a backpack module. It is capable of fulfilling any utility droid function required including piloting a starship, as well as designing, constructing, and disassembling the most sophisticated of technologies including lightsabers. Unlike most other Utility Droids it can wield lightsabers, though is usually limited only to sparring.

Functional Disrepair (Droid Cosmetic)

Old Republic Architect Droid could be said to have seen better days. Looking more like the result of a scavenging run than a fully functioning Old Republic Architect Droid, its plating is missing in several key locations which leaves its internal circuitry exposed. Wiring flows out of the main chassis before snaking its way back under the next panel along its path. Servos and non-critical systems are laid bare for all to see, but Old Republic Architect Droid retains its functionality despite this.

Droid Knows Best (Droid Personality)

Old Republic Architect Droid has developed a personality focused around the superiority of droids. As a result, Old Republic Architect Droid will often question any orders it receives and will not hesitate to present its own alternatives. While still capable of following orders as directed, Old Republic Architect Droid will not comply without at least a partial debate.
