DA Arania Lawakiro has been an exemplary TET in terms of motivating members in her Phyle as well as in the entire House and Clan. She has been the one determining factor in achieving a high GJW runon participation by constantly motivating members, guiding them in finding ideas and on top of that also compiled the whole content from the messageboard into a single document, a formatting work not to be underestimated. Even with most her work behind the scenes, I would rate her as one of the top three reasons CSK has been on top of the first GJW phase.

Besides a tremendous email and IRC presence, Liara has done a great amount of work for Galthain during the GJW. Her efforts include 5 excellent run-on posts, a graphic submission, an XvT submission, screen shot submissions, and an Evil Mastermind Design submission. Her efforts to raise the general level of activity in Galthain and her work in keeping track of all activity in the house should also be commended. She has done more than enough to warrant a SE. Great work Liara, and congrats!

The newset course in the Shadow Academy as of today is the Krath Runon course, a subject thought not to be teachable by some. Arania has proven those wrong by providing an excellent introduction into this subject that some Krath summits might want to consider making a mandatory course. While the graduate figures may still be low, I am sure those will rise sharply once the next GJW starts looming in front of people...

Leading a team in a competition such as this requires a great deal of effort on behalf of the team leader to organise a consensus to pick a particular suspect, and to take an over-riding decision when necessary, and to ensure the team's guess is submitted on time each week.
