Over the course of the Horizons vendetta, Eether managed to participate in 13 events and a final score of 31. He even managed to be in the top ten placers at the end of Week 1. SW Eetherbiail has spent the last four months as the Caliburnus BTL. During this time he has been learning the ropes of what it means to be a leader. His experience learning here came to a wonder fruition during the recent Bosthirda Runon. Eether stepped up as leader for the HSP second team. This team of 6 had several people whom had never participated in a RO before. Eether provided a solid voice from which they were able to work. He helped guide them through a solid plotline on Bosthirda. He helped proof read posts. He provided reminders for everyone about where things were in the runon. And in the end, thanks to his leadership, HSP Team 2 had all members successfully post the required amount, and finished the RO in style. It is difficult even with the most experienced of RO participants to lead a team to finish one successfully, especially in a stressful short time limit. And he did it without any prodding from myself or anyone else on the other team. I have no doubt that it was thanks to Eether's stead hand and eye that his team finished with such success. As thanks for his leadership and help in accomplishing this, I recommend he be awarded this Anteian Cross.

Eetherbial has been a part of Scholae Palatinae longer than I have, and his consistency and dedication are great. He ran 2 competitions last year, getting into more leadership activities and continuing to grow as a leader as the BTL of Caliburnus. He has earned 10 CF, 1 Scroll of Indoctrination for recruiting someone who is now his Apprentice and is active themselves. Participating in 16 different competitions and earning 1 crescent, including all 11 of the different events of the Great Jedi War, and a 6th place entry to the Multimedia event. This Anteian Cross is well deserved in appreciation for your efforts. Thanks Eether! Congratulations.

It is never an easy task coming into a new leadership role and when it involves keeping an eye on one of the biggest clans in the club, it gets even harder. With a steep learning curve to face, Eether was dropped into the deep end and told to swim. Eether has put up with a lot of crap from myself and others as he has learned to stand on his own as Proconsul. It is easy to forget just how many things there are involved and how overwhelming that can be the first time one is exposed to this kind of position. But Eether never complains, he takes my ribbing in stride, asks important questions and works to better himself as a leader, and the experience for everyone in CSP as a whole.

With the recent Deceptions event, I had him take point on both coming up with the associated competitions to where they would all tie together, and on the grading process. While now he has a better understanding of how much work can go into such events, my own experience and advice was rarely needed through the planning and grading phases of the event.

For his efforts as PCON, and for weathering his first event storm, I recommend he be awarded this Anteian Cross. Congratulations Eether, and thank you.
