Cassiopeia Werd'la is a Sephi of below average height and possesses a svelte figure with small bust. Her skin tone is that of a very pale lavender, contrasting against her long tresses of dark red hair, which is usually partially braided and styled to keep it out of her face and vivid green eyes.
On Cassiopeia's otherwise flawless skin, there are only two tattoos that distinguish her. The first is visible to all, as it is a tattoo — likely done over previous scar tissue — of a single black line that starts above her left eyebrow, ends and continues down just over her cheekbone. The other is an intricate set of wings covering her entire back, the feathers blackened and bloody.
Cassiopeia Werd'la's skills as a medic are not just limited to holo-books and lectures. He has read up and practiced a handful of experimental treatments while inventing a few home remedies of his own. This allows Cassiopeia Werd'la to work outside the box in less than ideal situations, and can lead to him solving mysteries other trained medics might struggle with. This, of course, comes with its own string of failures, as nothing is ever perfect. That, and some of the more established professionals in the field often doubt or question Cassiopeia Werd'la's alternative practices. He typically brushes them off in favor of doing everything he can to help a patient, but does quietly seek recognition for accomplishments as a healer.
Cassiopeia Werd'la sees himself as the control subject in the science experiment called life. Often labeled as "boring" and "predictable", Cassiopeia Werd'la keeps his wild and experimental side reserved for pet projects. This boring lifestyle leads to him being considered anti-social and when he does join others, instead of relaxing he prefers to keep quiet and observe.
All who gain power are afraid to lose it, and Cassiopeia Werd'la is no exception. Some use their power for good, some for evil; Cassiopeia Werd'la, however, knows that these are just points of view. He is on a quest for greater power, and uses all his skills and abilities to ensure his supremacy, regardless of the consequences.
Cassiopeia Werd'la has been patching up the wounded for years as a Medic and has come to the conclusion that more often than not, the injuries are either self inflicted or deserved. While he will always work tirelessly on behalf of his patient in an ongoing quest to preserve all life, that doesn’t stop him from scolding or belittling patients that he feels should know better than to walk into a rancor pit with a bucket of raw meat. Cassiopeia Werd'la teeters on the line between compassion and supporting selective evolution, which can make him come off as less friendly or inviting than other medics.
Through careful study and dedication to isolated martial-combat, Cassiopeia Werd'la has turned the act of dueling into an art form. A keen eye and attention to detail allows him the ability to learn their opponent's idiosyncrasies while fighting. Cassiopeia Werd'la then uses his own skills to capitalize on the opponent's weakness. Because of this calculated approach to isolated duels, Cassiopeia Werd'la has a harder time taking on multiple opponents at once at higher skill levels.
Considered by some to be his signature move, Celevon Edraven Erinos has developed a technique to enhance his already deadly accuracy with throwing knives. With several seconds of preparation and his full concentration, the Assassin uses Telekinesis to increase the velocity of the projectile. However, this technique leaves the half-Echani vulnerable in the precious seconds between mental preparation and the blade leaving his grasp.
