Primary reason

Jorm is a crazy fellow, but behind the glint of eager madness in his eyes is a man who is incredibly passionate. I've lost count of how many times we've gone through possessions together. When Jorm cares, he really cares, and that is despite not being a member of the summit and expecting nothing in return for his well over 100+ hours of work. Well, it's time that changed.

Let's take the development of Chyron, firstly. Together with my Pecan, Appyson, he spent just over a month developing the Arcology initiative for the lore of the moon, the details for which are now on the wiki. And while we were busy working on our next events and designing stuff for Elysia and Kasiya, he went as far as to implement plans to make our other moon Chyron self-sustainable with its own military, civilian and city-based infrastructure, and physical locales for use with specific narratives (even The Playground on Kasiya acting as their 'Embassy') allowing it to begin fictionally standing as a world that can more easily be involved in stories and events, taking it as far as getting it directly involved through his fictional role as Chyron's Chancellor.

Whenever we go through Clan possessions, however, that is when Jorm shines. The last time we went through them, Jorm was adamant about picking apart what he perceived to be glaring holes and gaps that could be exploited, thus narrowing down our spending. In the three months leading up to the war, he spent dozens and dozens of hours working his spreadsheet magic as he deconstructed and reconstructed our entire possessions system except for the Armed Forces at the time. He also assisted in the reformation of our Armed Forces after this last GJW, spending just as many hours as expected alongside Erin and fully reconstructing the composition, siege weaponry, and build design of the entire armed forces with the entire winnings as his playground (Since we did full naval the year prior; this year was exclusively for the army).

Jorm was also one of the chief architects of our newest capital ship reward, having dug in the moment he heard we were getting a capital ship. His concept and design, ironically, was what we ended up going with albiet minus a few things he really wanted. The same, ironically, can be said for our newest artifact which replaced the Blood Bond Cauldron; the Elite Taldryanite Battle Armor. When the idea came up to replace the cauldron with a new item, in typical Jorm fashion, he was the first to raise his hand and immediately go to work over several weeks tossing ideas and concepts; being a critical and intregal part of its creation.

How much of his work was to benefit us, or to benefit the people of his own little kingdom on Chyron as Chancellor down the line to eventually usurp me and Taldryan; we do not know. Because of that, we are ever watchful and analytical of his every move. Like they say, keep your friends close....but frenemies closer.

That's in addition to the 60 competitions he has participated in since his last award, of which 8 resulted in crescents, his contributions within the ACC, the months he has spent helping move us forward fictionally as part of our story development group, and even the last several Taldryan-based Roleplaying sessions as the Chancellor himself to push Chyron's appearance and visibility forward!

He's a madman, absolutely, but we adore him for it. Congratulations, Jorm, on your AK!
