During the duration of the Beyond the Horizon feud, Arden participated in 9 of the 13 events offered with excellent submissions. He placed second in the week one acronym event and helped drive his RO teams to a second place finish. In addition, Arden lead Plagueis in scoring and finished the event tied for ninth place overall. In addition, ever since Horizons Arden has been an anchor among Plagueians, Journeymen and Equites both. He's helped out among the Journeymen and taken a keen interest in helping them fulfill their promotion requirements, acting at times as a second mentor to our Rollmaster. As the result of his work, Arden has earned this Steel Cross. Excellent job Arden and congratulations!

As the first Quaestor of House Karness Muur, Kz'set has started the ball rolling on its fictional development and has set a course for the next few months that involves multiple House-level competitions to prepare his members for victory in Fading Light and the upcoming Great Jedi War. He has begun the process of updating the House wiki entries, including fleshing out more recent parts of its history and expanding the description of its new base on the NSD Preeminence.

This was on top of his successful term as Rollmaster of House Plagueis, during which he kept our rapidly-swelling ranks of journeymen on track and engaged.

He has also been personally active, earning 3 Clusters of Fire for PvP activity, a Crescent for winning "Catch the Furry One", 11 Clusters of Ice for participation in the ACC Beta, Fading Light, and for his work on an official Brotherhood rollplaying game (which he took the lead in the organizing). He also earned a Scroll of the Master for training Meleu to Dark Jedi Knight, and a Silver Nova for participating in the second-place Fading Light run-on team since his last promotion.

The team's success in Fading Light was in no small part due to Kz'set's role in organizing and facilitating plot development and a writing schedule that managed to accomodate the members' many competing time constraints.

Arden triples down as a member of the Voice Staff, ACC Staff, and the CS Development team. For CS 2.0, Arden was involved in every single major discussion involving Feats, Aspects, Skills, Force Powers, Disciplines, and Species. Active in both Telegram and Email threads, he became a key proofer/checker on anything that was written/created. He did multiple passes as we went along and made sure I’s were dotted and T’s were crossed. While not flashy or glamorous, his attention to small details help reflect the true polish of every aspect of CS 2.0. On the content side, Arden wrote over a dozen Species and researched their details and wrote the first drafts of their Feats. He penned three Aspects that ended up being added into the database as well. Again, while Ardens behind-the-scenes work may go overlooked, he is the most active member of the team, responds to tasks assigned quicker than most and is not afraid to switch between the innumerous documents and sheets that made up CS 2.0’s backend.

On top of all of this, Arden did one of the harder manual input jobs of CS 2.0’s launch. He manually added/edited the 2 new Species Feats on the database end. This requires careful data entry combined with making sure the right filters/rules are selected from the creation boxes. Arden did this quickly and efficiently in time with the launch of CS 2.0

The recent Tarentum-Plagueis cooperative event "Forged Alliances" gave Kz'set an opportunity to shine; across the ten events he participated in, Kz'set walked away with six placements (3rd in Team Run-On, four 2nd place finishes, and 1st in Round 2: Poetry). His presence and success in "Forged Alliances" is only the recent portion of his activity -- in Plagueis's "Restoration" event that took place early this year, he won another eight crescents (1st in [Restoration: Broken] Trivia, four 2nd place finishes, and a trio of 3rd place finishes.). Outside of such concentrated events, he has been one of the most active Plagueians, managing to pick up 8 Clusters of Ice, 54 Clusters of Fire, 32 Clusters of Earth, and three Pendants of Blood.

Judging solely by the other merit awards he has received for his participation in projects for the whole Brotherhood, his work has kept him busy, but never prevented him from being a regular contributor in all forms of communication from email to Telegram. Kz'set has been and continues to be one of the bulwarks of House Karness Muur, both in flashy (awardable) and intangible (social and interpersonal) ways.

His contributions to the House's health and activity have marked him as absolutely deserving of this recommendation for a Steel Cross.

In the time spanning Plagueis’s most recent major competitions, Arden has been one of the most consistent and active members of our clan. His efforts in both competition participating and mentoring over that time have done a great service to our clan that is worthy of recognition.

First, during the six week run of our Between Light and Dark vendetta event against Clan Odan-Urr Arden really shined. He participated in seven of the eleven available events while placing in five of them. He took second place in Battleplan and Week II Fiction, third place in Week I Puzzle and Week I Fiction, and tenth place in Week II Gaming (earning himself 2 ruby crescents and two amethyst crescents). More important than the number of entries or their placement was his work with the second place Battleplan team. With a wealth of experience leading teams for that competition type under his belt, he took the lead and coordinated his team members to produce a high quality entry for a high effort event. Additionally, he helped motivate activity in our Telegram channel throughout the event, helping to generate the kind of engagement by our members that was required to defeat Odan-Urr. More recently during the Plagueis Pro Bowl clan feud, Arden did even more. This time around he submitted to twenty-five of the thirty available competitions over the three week span of the event. He placed in 7 events, earning first place in week three cryptogram and week 3 fiction, second place in week 1 cryptogram and week 2 fiction, and third place in week 1 trivia, week 2 flash gaming, and week 2’s person hunt competitions (netting 2 ruby crescents, 2 amethyst crescents, 2 sapphire crescents, and 1 emerald crescent) . His stellar efforts once again helped lead his team to victory in the overall competition.

All told, since his last recognition for Clan activity, Arden has participated in 35 competitions and earned 11 crescents. For his activity in those events, Arden has also earned 16 clusters of fire and 13 clusters of ice. Outside of his competition activity in our Clan he has also been serving as master to Abadeer Taasii, one of the newest additions to Plagueis and, more recently, our summit. Arden just completed the task of helping Abadeer reach the rank of Knight, but also used his leadership experience to help Abadeer develop the skills needed to slide into the role of Battleteam Leader and immediately begin making substantive contributions to our Clan. Arden’s continued dedication to our Clan and drive to succeed show him to be very deserving of this award.
