Since being hired for Battleteam Leader of Tython Squadron, Jon has shown exceptional leadership ability. He does a great job at actively engaging his team, providing ideas for future House and Battleteam activities and participates in general House discussions. He currently is running 4 competitions to propel his story.

All this fancy leadership stuff hasn't kept him from having his own fun in the Club. Since his last Merit award he has participated in 23 competitions earning him 1 Seal of Discord, 1 Crescent with Diamond Star, 1 Crescent with Sapphire Star, 2 Crescents with Topaz Stars, 2 Crescents with Quartz Stars, and 22 Clusters of Ice. He has also completed 5 Shadow Academy courses since his last promotion.

Over his ongoing 9-month term on Exarch Staff, Jon has been an active and engaged member of the team. He reviewed/approved (excluding previous manual submissions we used before the automation) 28 RPs. This used to also require spot-checking with members for DM vs DM-less activities, which has now been automated.

Jon has contributed to our RP Society expansion ideas with reviews and item descriptions that even if we don't get to go live, were still valuable time/commitment to creating something cool to help motivate members. He has also helped review updated policy and encouraged/answered questions for members of the RP community. Additionally, he has run multiple RP Competitions that were Envoy Corps-sponsored to help make sure there has always been an RP activity available to members even if nothing else is going on across the club or their respective unit.
