For at least 2 hours each week over the last three months,Turel Sorenn has been working as the only constant alpha tester for The Path to Knight mobile application project. Turel has tirelessly tested and provided a multitude of feedback for all six versions of the application as it has made its way through the alpha testing process. To say this work can become uninteresting fast is an understatement, he has continually gone over the same content to find the minor and major issues. This takes a dedication to the furtherment of the project and the Brotherhood as a whole to do for an extended period of time.
Feedback from alpha testers is a primary source of finding issues with a program in both its coding and in its content. Without people willing to spend the time to go through and tear the program apart piece by piece as Turel has done it would have been impossible to locate all the items in need of correction to produce a quality product.
Because of Turel’s detailed testing and reports, the Alpha test was able to stay focused and locate the vast majority of the issues within the program. His suggestions for fixing issues helped to expedite the coding process and enabled the application to reach the beta phase without excessive delay. Because of this, Turel has become invaluable to this project and the beta would not be releasing were it not for his tireless efforts.
