Seer Qor Palpatine
Qor Palpatine was born in the deep trenches of Dac's oceans, and his skin is a thick leathery orange iconic to his species. His torso is frail and slim, but he has lean thighs and toned arms. Rough ridges grow from forehead backwards across his bald head. He has long orange tentacles that extend like a beard, with a pair of gills extending on the sides of his jaw. Two fangs protrude from his mouth that are thick and white, like ivory. Being a Quarren, his eyes shine a glorious sapphire colour without pupils.
Dodecagon Holocron
The Dodecagon Holocron is a vibrant, dodecagon-shaped holocron containing vast depths of knowledge that can only be activated and used through the power of the Force. Data playback takes the form of any number of past Headmasters of the Shadow Academy.
Legacy of Palpatine Ring
The Legacy of Palpatine Ring is an ornate band bearing the emblem of Clan Scholae Palatinae. The presence of the Force can be felt faintly within the material.
Medical Attire
The Medical Attire consists of a uniform design to make it recognizable to all citizens of the galaxy. Utilizing cloth fabric, it is light, sanitary, and allows for ease of movement in order to allow for precise movements. The tunic is adorned with various pockets to hold medical equipment as well as an armband that denotes the wearer as a medic.
Urban Camo
Medical Attire has been designed with an urban scheme camouflage. Each component of the armor has been applied with a mingled pattern of gray tones to better blend with an urban environment.

The Armorweave Cloak is a loose garment with an attached hood that is worn over existing armor or clothing to protect the wearer from the elements, or to hide someone's appearance that is made from armorweave cloth material capable of dissipating indirect blaster bolts.

Armorweave Cloak features a design through necessity. Its fabric has been constructed through a patchwork combination of various patterns and colors. There is no discernible rhyme or reason to the combinations.

The HK-model Gladiator Droid, also known as the HK Assassin Unit, is a highly advanced combat and protocol droid designed for subterfuge, infiltration, and combat. It has advanced protocols and redundancies that allow it to continue to fight until the very end and serve as an excellent infiltration droid.
Droid Mobility
HK-series Assassin Droid has been modified compared to the default HK-model Gladiator Droid in order to allow for increased maneuverability. As a result, HK-series Assassin Droid is less armored, leaving it vulnerable to direct combat.
Droid Knows Best
HK-series Assassin Droid has developed a personality focused around the superiority of droids. As a result, HK-series Assassin Droid will often question any orders it receives and will not hesitate to present its own alternatives. While still capable of following orders as directed, HK-series Assassin Droid will not comply without at least a partial debate.
Automated Repair
HK-series Assassin Droid has received advanced automated repair programming based on the original HK-model Gladiator Droid schematics, giving it an ability to perform or assist in the performance of self-diagnosis and self-repair of its mechanical systems. This system engages automatically upon damage, and can render the droid temporarily unavaialble while it assesses any necessary repairs before further action can be taken.

Qor Palpatine has painstakingly cared for this HK-model Gladiator Droid, and even upon close examination it appears as though HK-series Assassin Droid was freshly off the manufacturing line. Absent of any scratches, dents or even the slightest imperfections, the only thing missing is the new droid smell.
Antidote Kit
The Antidote Kit contains a wide array of antidote hypospray injectors that when used, neutralize against the more common poisons in the galaxy.
Medpac
The Medpac is a standard issue small kit containing bandages, splints, along with small doses of antiseptics, bacta, and painkillers for use in elementary first aid and treatment of wounds.

The Stim Kit contains three quick stimulant injection doses used to quickly bring a person to full alertness and energy level.

The droid can pilot the VT-49 Decimator at a predetermined speed and trajectory, through hyperspace, stopping only to avoid collisions with detected objects while alerting Qor Palpatine.
Experimental Shielding
VT-49 Decimator has been fitted with powerful shields, adding or supplementing the protective shields on this VT-49 Decimator. This extra protection is added on top of an existing power plant, reducing power available for other functions like speed or weapons.

The Reynolds DE-21 Slugthrower Pistol is a heavy yet extremely powerful slugthrower pistol that is capable of firing up to ten single slugs in rapid succession with great accuracy. Each shot carries the power to pierce light armor, but with a high recoil that makes firing the weapon difficult for those without the necessary experience in slugthrower weapons. It has a built-in mode that allows it to fire two rounds at once, giving each shot more punch, but rapidly depleting its limited ammunition and doubling the already high recoil making it even difficult to wield for the most experienced of gunslingers.

The Double-bladed Lightsaber, or Saberstaff, is a lightsaber weapon with a blade emitting from both ends of the hilt. Both plasma blades were powered by crystals in the hilt that determined their characteristics and color. The twin blades double the opportunity for both attacking and defending, making it a useful offensive and defensive weapon depending on the skill of the one who wields it. Both blades are capable of cutting through virtually anything, including blast doors, if given enough time.
Qor Palpatine's skills as a medic are not just limited to holo-books and lectures. He has read up and practiced a handful of experimental treatments while inventing a few home remedies of his own. This allows Qor Palpatine to work outside the box in less than ideal situations, and can lead to him solving mysteries other trained medics might struggle with. This, of course, comes with its own string of failures, as nothing is ever perfect. That, and some of the more established professionals in the field often doubt or question Qor Palpatine's alternative practices. He typically brushes them off in favor of doing everything he can to help a patient, but does quietly seek recognition for accomplishments as a healer.
Qor Palpatine has turned from his old ways and took the path of the Gray Jedi. Drifting from any loyal bonds and all other factions, he only follows the guidance and teachings of the Force. Qor knows the effects and influences from strict dogmas and doctrines can do to a person, so he tries his best to avoid them all if possible. While this flexible guidance aids him, others see Qor as being non-committal or agnostic.
Though Qor is young for his species, his elderly stance and hunched, stooped walk creates both an image of bestial oddity and a wizened elder statesman of the Brotherhood, an image that is reinforced by his soft-spoken wisdom and guidance to others in their times of need. A realist, he is naturally supporting of others when they need a comforting word or a logical answer to their problems, and Qor’s advice often reflects his respect for both life, death and all of the joy and sorrow that exists in between. However, this hardened, calm persona he has created has limits: the more he is around others, the harder it is to sustain the brave face, and the more short-tempered and snappish he can grow. Qor must take considerable time alone with his thoughts before he can feel centered once again to bolster his outward persona.
The Quarren has an unquenchable passion to learn all things unknown to him. This creates an aura that he is an inquisitive intellectual that many find either impressive or annoying. Qor’s insatiable need to ascertain the truth of things creates a behavior where he constantly prods, or interrogates, those whom are deemed experts or have expertise in a field he is exploring. This never-ending bombardment of questions is oft considered shameful, or poor in tact, to revered authorities: professors, masters, and law enforcement. In reverse, Qor’s behavior is uplifting to students, novices, and other knowledge-seekers; creating bonds with those with similar outlooks on the pursuit of knowledge. This reckless chase for answers, however, can have a negative impact on the Quarren when he is told “no” by those whom possess what he seeks. Qor will escalate his behavior from his normal demeanor to direct, or blunt, demands then to physical violence to get what he wants.
Bound to his medical training and experience, Qor Palpatine has taken an oath to preserve all manner of life. Whether humane, beastly or botanical in nature, Qor shall not deliver the fatal blow, but that does not suggest he is incapable of defending himself. His analytical process of thought allows Qor to detect key anatomical features of an opponent's body that could be subject to disabling. With survival of the opponent on his mind, Qor will try to arrest or subdue them. These methods of engagement will force Qor to hesitate and watch the opponent, to monitor how their body works — a precious piece of time for someone to intervene.
Qor Palpatine was a promising student in the halls of his Clan after training with a Saberstaff in the defensive arts of Soresu. Qor feels most comfortable in combat wielding the weapon of the Jedi and Sith, scurrying around to find a similar weapon if he loses it. While able to demonstrate the core mechanics of this defensive form, he still doesn’t want to use it in battle.
