Tahiri Drakon Night-Thorn became a Knight four months ago and at that rank we often see members disappear. Thanks to her amazing activity, Tahiri stays on our radar all the time!

I'd like to start this recommendation by thanking her for representing Tarentum in our recent event with Plagueis and Arcona, she participated in no less than 18 'Aftermath'-competitions. Thank you girl!

Aside from those competitions Tahiri participated in another 51 miscellaneous competitions, making a grand total of 69. (let's do some math here: 69 over 4 months with each 4 weeks....) That's an overall of 4 competitions a week!!! Add to that the organization of 6 competitions... Impressive! Her 31 gained Crescents show her excellence.

A gamer, a writer, an artist, a constant presence on Telegram,... Tahiri does it all. For her nifty drawn art, she earned 3 Clusters of Graphite. For her well written fiction, she earned 11 Clusters of Ice. Tahiri gained 152 Clusters of Fire and 22 Clusters of Earth, mainly by gaming against other members that she met on Telegram. I've matched up with her on several occasions myself and win or lose, you will always have fun when in a game with her.

Tahiri has embraced, which is in my opinion, the most complex aspect of the Brotherhood as well: The ACC. She passed the ACC Qualification Exam with a score of 99% and fought her first battle.

I enjoy chatting with Tahiri on Telegram, I enjoy reading her fiction and gaming with her, and I enjoy recommending her for a Steel Cross.

With the unfortunate closing of Tarentum, Clan Plagueis has gained a number of new members, including the font of activity that is Tahiri. Since her promotion to Battlemaster, she has participated in a total of 44 competitions, including the full 18/18 in the clan’s recent Vacation on Dagobah event, in which she took 3rd place overall. Not one to simply participate in competitions, she has also won 10 placements, earning 1 Crescent with Ruby Star, 6 Crescents with Amethyst Star, 2 Crescents with Sapphire Star, and 1 Crescent with Emerald Star. Additionally, her activity in fictional competitions has totaled 1583 words and earned her 4 Clusters of Ice. As a final note to the regularity of her participation, Tahiri also earned 10 Seals of Wrath since her promotion.

Before coming to Clan Plagueis, Tahiri was the Aedile of House Mortis, spending 22 days in the role since the 5th of December. In Tarentum’s closing, she helped with the transition by writing a well-worded news post that helped to usher the clan into the rest of the Brotherhood. Although she is no longer an Aedile, she has brought her helpfulness and presence to Clan Plagueis and its Telegram chat, always ready to contribute to the conversation or offer assistance to the members when needed. So far, Tahiri has been a valuable addition to the Ascendant Clan and I’m happy to request that she be rewarded a Steel Cross for her efforts.

You might think that when a member earns an Equite 4 promotion with over 400 competition entries on it they might take their foot off the accelerator. Not Tahiri! Move up to Quaestor? Check. Do it right before a Vendetta? Double check! Submit to a high number of competitions yourself? Triple check with a cherry on top! Maintain one of the most approachable and positive attitudes on the entirety of DB Telegram? I mean, do you even have to ask?

During the recent Vendetta, Tahiri submitted 13 total entries and earned top 10 placements with three of them. She worked to keep her members informed and engaged via both email and a, what some might call exuberant, Telegram presence during the entire event. Her work for Plagueis and our members during the event were a key part of our ability to remain competitive during the Rite of Supremacy. Overall, she has entered 33 competitions since her last recognition and collected five competition placements in the form of Crescent awards. She has added 55 Clusters of Earth and 6 Clusters of fire for gaming, 7 Clusters of Graphite for graphics, and 3 Clusters of Ice for fiction to her overall totals.

As a leader, I tossed her in to the deep end by having her step up from Rollmaster to the more demanding post of Quaestor on the eve of the Vendetta, a job that I knew she could succeed in given her success there in the past and she did everything to justify my confidence in her. She was the same whirlwind of activity that she had been before, but now under the pressure of an impending storm. In addition to her public messaging in Telegram, she directly engaged with her members in in one on one scenarios as a good leader must in the modern brotherhood. All told, she sent out 16 emails to her house members, of which three were House wide missives via the Tyranus email list, and in excess of 20 direct messages to her members via telegram. Her work was also across "party lines" so to speak, working with members of both her pledged faction as well as others to be sure that she was helping her members no matter what team was getting the points. Tahiri was an absolute standout in our Clan leadership during the event as a whole.

Her work has been exemplary and she has done everything asked of her and more. It is my hope that she will continue to be the star in Plagueis that she has been for so long!
