Primary reason

Since his last award in February, Tali has earned 21,354 medal XP across his myriad activities in the Brotherhood. In these matter of months, he's participated in 17 competitions (21 if we includ the containers that go with them), placing in 10 of them at an astounding 58% placement rate. When a full third of these competitions were high-demand competitions like fiction and graphics, it shows that he puts his credits where his mouth is. More to the point, Tali has slammed out a whopping 12,883 words of fiction across just five fiction activities, earning 26 Clusters of Ice; and 3 Clusters of Graphite for his graphics work to round him out. Not just a competitor, Tali organized 3 competitions for House Qel-Droma in February shortly after his last awarding to continue their story.

That leads us into the part that the site can't track so well. Tali has been House Qel-Droma's Quaestor since 2019, and is still keeping the fire alive. With fiction updates that are more regular than my own, Tali's added around 2,100 words of fiction just for his House in the five months since his last award. He not only participated in the latest Clan event, but kept up consistent motivation among his members on Discord, throwing out links and helpful hints in the House and private Arcona chats throughout. This motivation also came through in his report for that event — one of many, and by far one of our most consistent report-writers to keep Qel-Droma informed.

On a more personal note — I've said it before in other recs, and I'll say again here — Tali is a pleasure to be around. His consistent presence, calm yet outgoing demeanor, and lead-from-the-front method makes him a prime leader in the seat. He can always be counted on for deliberate and constructive criticism as well which, when coupled with his fascination for our Clan military Possessions, makes him just as invaluable when wading through the units and their compositions.

So to Tali, thank you for all of your hard work, you wonderful lek-head. Keep it up. You do us proud.
