Athletic build, dressed in fitted matte-black clothing and a cloak for concealment. His face is recognizable by its tiny scars, prominent cheek bones and thin lips. Short, militaristic black hair is combed back to reveal a sharp under-shave. The eyes are pale blue when not bearing the mark of the Dark side. His voice carries a broken, aristocratic lilt and a low tone as part of his upbringing among a secret sect of slavers.

The Rebel SpecForce Armor is a set of near skintight armor that covers the entirety of the individual. The plating of the armor is thin to allow flexibility with a thin suit worn underneath. The armor includes a utility belt and emergency life-support systems. The helmet is similar in design to Clone Trooper armor, possessing a thin slit for the visor.

Rebel SpecForce Armor has been fitted with a cooling system that helps keep Erik Cato protected from high temperatures, while requiring that extra cooling elements are integrated into a sealed portion of the armor slighting increasing its weight and limiting range of motion.
Glare Reduction
Rebel SpecForce Armor is treated with a specialized material in order to reduce the potential for glare in high light situations. It affords Erik Cato with a clear field of view in situations that would typically make it difficult to see, while not eliminating the glare entirely.
Desert Camo

The Imperial Sentry Droid is a combat droid with a powerful built-in blaster rifle designed to function as a protective sentry aboard the Galactic Empire's cargo ships. It can be linked to other Imperial Sentry Droid's and programmed to activate when attacked, powering on an entire group of them. It has a bipedal design with a heavily armored frame and broad shoulders, with a cylindrical head and bright red photoreceptors.
Predatory Inclination
Imperial Sentry Droid has developed a predatory nature similar to those often associated with assassin droids. As a result, Imperial Sentry Droid will often approach a situation with the mind set of a hunter, and convey their findings as such. This can be disconcerting to others who are unaccustomed to Imperial Sentry Droid.
Toughness
Imperial Sentry Droid has recieved redundant programming and a mechanical overhaul that reinforces known weaknesses from the original design that allow this Imperial Sentry Droid to continue operating and survive much longer against a wide range of attacks. This programming overhaul slightly slows processing times while the mechanical fitments can slightly reduce agility.
Combat Exclusive
Imperial Sentry Droid has had its programs re-written and mechanical systems hard-wired for combat operations. This augmentation gives this Imperial Sentry Droid a significant increase in combat efficiency in eliminating targets on behalf of Erik Cato, but at the expense of it being usable for much else except for combat.
Mint Condition
Erik Cato has painstakingly cared for this Imperial Sentry Droid, and even upon close examination it appears as though Imperial Sentry Droid was freshly off the manufacturing line. Absent of any scratches, dents or even the slightest imperfections, the only thing missing is the new droid smell.

The Thermal Detonator is an extremely lethal palm-sized spherical grenade which can atomize any material within its fixed blast radius. Once activated, it can only be turned off by whoever turned it on.

The Brotherhood-issued Inquisitorius Stiletto is a weapon that appears to be nothing more than a typical, slender dagger. Upon thumbing a small activator stub on the hilt, however, a sharp and nearly invisible monomolecular blade springs from the tip. This makes the stiletto perfect for penetrating armor in weak points and is deadly as a stabbing weapon in its own right. The blade itself is incredibly brittle, however, and will buckle under impact against even a basic vibroblade. Perfect for a quick and quiet kill, but not as useful in a fight.

The Knuckle-plate Vibroblade is fitted into a retractable slot of an armored gauntlet, with a blade that extends past the knuckles anywhere from 10 to 20 centimeters into a sharp, triangular tip. The blade uses the same powercells as a standard vibroblade, giving it a hefty punch when used to either stab or slash in close quarters. While convenient, the weapon is locked into a fixed position making its combat application unique.
HoloNet Tracker
Knuckle-plate Vibroblade has a small, low-power tracker built into it that allows Erik Cato to track this particular Knuckle-plate Vibroblade and determine its location, assuming that location happens to be near a HoloNet transceiver.
Dense Alloy Blade
Knuckle-plate Vibroblade is constructed of a dense alloyed steel, making this Knuckle-plate Vibroblade much stronger than the standard steel used to manufacture bladed weapons. However, this denser material also makes the weapon considerably heavier and more difficult to wield.

Erik Cato grew up never knowing his family. He was kidnapped and forced into slavery in the fighting pits of a small backwater moon. Having to endure horrible treatment during this time in his life, Erik Cato has lingering trust issues while carrying a strong aversion to those who try to control him. His obsessive ambition for power is a result of his quest to control his freedom against all perceived oppression.
Erik Cato has a legendary and virulent need for vengeance. Once crossed, he will make it his life’s work to ensure that whatever slight was received is repaid tenfold. This need for vengeance can be all-consuming, and can often lead to short-sighted decisions.
All who gain power are afraid to lose it, and Erik Cato is no exception. Some use their power for good, some for evil; Erik Cato, however, knows that these are just points of view. He is on a quest for greater power, and uses all his skills and abilities to ensure his supremacy, regardless of the consequences.
The Sith rely on their passions to give them strength. Erik Cato thinks inwards, only of things that matter to him, and always does what is in his best interests. He feels nothing about hurting others, or exploiting opportunities, and believes himself to be special, and above all others.
Erik Cato is utterly devoted to success in combat, no matter the mission, no matter the cost. He has spent his life building himself in the image of war, utilizing a dogmatic regimen that has lead him to a single-minded obsession with military success and requires intense physical and mental training. This training, however, has come at the cost of anything resembling empathy or concern for others - even his superiors and subordinates.
When Erik Cato gets in trouble, he finds no fault in bravely turning tail and getting the hell out of dodge. Obviously, this means that he tends to survive even the most deadly encounters... but the same can't always be said for his compatriots. This fact hasn't exactly made him the most popular among his peers, but hey, at least Erik Cato isn't dead yet.
