Proconsul Wulfram Armis has reached the required 5125 Medal XP to earn their first Sapphire Blade.

Ever since hiring Wulfram as the Proconsul of Odan-Urr, he has hit the ground running and has shown no signs of slowing down. Not only a constant presence on discord, engaging with members and participating in RP as well as creating new channels for the Battleteams, in his first week, he has recruited five new members to the Clan, reworked the entire COU Fleet including spreadsheets, which is a big undertaking as he had to carefully plan ships in order to achieve the tactical cohesion we were looking for. This has enabled him to gain the required XP he needed for his first Sacramental Award and it is truly deserved!
