Hector Ricmore is a 1.8m (6 ft) tall Zygerrian weighing 82 kg (180 lbs). He has brown fur, with patches of grey, relatively unmarred from any conflict or age. The exception is a small burn on his lower back, a remnant from an adventure which came far to close to ending prematurely. The long hair upon his head is kept braided or in a ponytail. His green eyes shine brightly with youth and a desire to experience what the galaxy has to offer.
Hector Ricmore has no home planet, at least not one that he can remember. As a child, Hector Ricmore would spend most of his time on different starships and grew accustomed to the atmosphere and nuances of space and the various crafts that traverse it. As a result, Hector Ricmore feels more comfortable on a ship than on any planet.
Hector was taught at a young age that the galaxy is filled with suffering. He greatly admired his father who told him that it is his responsibility to limit the pain he inflicts upon others, especially the pain which he is directly responsible for. Hector does not see himself as a visionary or martyr but he has decided to do what he can in a lawless galaxy. Hector prefers to kill his opponents quickly and mercifully; torture and collateral damage are the absolute last resort in any scenario. This attitude can foster animosity among allies seeking the quickest route to solve a situation or those who take pleasure in the suffering of others.
Hector is convinced that his actions serve the greater good for all citizens living in the galaxy. He views war as wasteful but understands that conflict is necessary to avoid stagnation. This conflict must be managed and controlled so that innocents do not suffer needlessly. Hector dogmaticly adhers to his beliefs and will become quickly become defensive should anyone confront him with the idea that he is not as selfless as he believes himself to be.
Hector Ricmore is very cheerful and happy, and always looks on the bright side of life. When chewing on life’s gristle, he doesn't grumble, but gives a whistle. He always hopes for the best, and enjoys laughing, smiling, dancing or singing. This unending optimism often improves the morale and spirit of everyone around him, and Hector Ricmore is always quick with a smile or a joke, even when drawing his terminal breath. This same exuberance can also be tiring to more jaded curmudgeons.
Hector Ricmore prioritizes the safety of his comrades over completing the objective. He employs his skills as a pilot, mechanic and medic to safeguard his allies and keep them in fighting shape. This devotion towards his teamates greatly increases the odds of his comrades returning alive, but it also causes Hector to hesitate when the group is required to split or a member is injured.
Hector Ricmore vastly prefers ranged combat, taking every opportunity to use skills and Force Powers to disengage from melee and instead fight at range, so much so that he has become competent at staying out of melee in the first place.
