Prototype: Synergy CX-101 Crystal Blaster Rifle
The Synergy CX-101 Blaster Rifle is a moderately heavy, powerful Blaster Rifle designed around the ascendant crystals used by the Children of Mortis. It fires blaster shots empowered by the crystals, which leave burning marks on any surface it hits. Repetitive shots into the same spot will amplify the burning effect until it starts to erode the area around the specified location. If the blasts hit organic material, this burning is amplified based on how sensitive the organic material is to heat. Use of ascendant crystals in this weapon give it a near unlimited supply of ammunition, and it is accurate at medium to close ranges. It was developed by Synergy Technologies for the Brotherhood.

It produces the same powerful plasma blade as a basic lightsaber from a dull metal hilt, and is still capable of cutting through virtually anything including blast doors given enough time.

Crafted from a single piece of lightweight, ochre alloy, a thin metallic band stretches from the earpiece towards the wearer's mouth. The metal tip is shielded and contains a reverse-noise-canceling microphone to help boost vocal clarity. The circular earpiece itself comes with a custom molded tip that comfortably locks it into the wearer's ear and features a cyan LED light that serves as both a power indicator and action-button for various operations. The Brotherhood-issued Golden Envoy Broach is a small badge Accessory that grants diplomatic immunity when acting on behalf of the Brotherhood, and is able to be worn on a preferred attire or armor. When scanned a holographic image displays that verifies the wearer's identity, details in multiple languages their diplomatic immunity, and bears the Exarch and Grand Master's signatures.
Von Ricmore has worked hard to consolidate a power base acquiring contacts through a mix of diplomatic ability and a few honeyed lies and half truths. These contacts range from smugglers and thieves to nobles and politicians. His various dealings allow him to approach problems in a variety of ways but this reputation can also work against him; particularly in areas that look down upon the criminal element.
Hector Von Ricmore makes use of his immense network of contacts, intelligence and diplomatic abilities to provide information and other services to Clan Vizsla and the Brotherhood Envoy Corps. He follows Duchess Satine Kryze as an inspiration, the field of politics and information is a perfectly valid battlefield as a Mandalorian. While Von’s skill set is typically appreciated by members of the Brotherhood those who call themselves Mandalorians may find themselves dismissive or irritated by Von’s philosophy which they could consider heretical.
All who gain power are afraid to lose it, and Hector Von Ricmore is no exception. Some use their power for good, some for evil; Hector Von Ricmore, however, knows that these are just points of view. He is on a quest for greater power, and uses all his skills and abilities to ensure his supremacy, regardless of the consequences.
Hector is convinced that his actions serve the greater good for all citizens living in the galaxy. He views war as wasteful but understands that conflict is necessary to avoid stagnation. This conflict must be managed and controlled so that innocents do not suffer needlessly. Hector dogmaticly adhers to his beliefs and will become quickly become defensive should anyone confront him with the idea that he is not as selfless as he believes himself to be.
Sometimes the only way to prepare for the worst is to always expect it. Hector Von Ricmore takes this philosophy one step further by never leaving home without accounting for every possible scenario he might expect to encounter. Hector Von Ricmore tends to always have the right tool or item for a situation and has a habit of quietly and almost smugly presenting solutions before anyone even recognizes there is a problem. This foresight is far from infallible, however, and he often finds himself at a loss in situations that go beyond what he could have imagined. While incredibly practical and often a life-saver in a pinch, his perpetually pessimistic outlook on daily life can be a bit draining on more optimistic-inclined companions.
When it comes to a fight, some like to posture, some like to act tough, some like to dance around and go through all sorts of fancy footwork. Hector Von Ricmore? Hector Von Ricmore doesn't bother with exotic battle stances, intricate maneuvers, or super-secret tactics. Hector Von Ricmore, when cornered into a fight, prefers the ancient technique of a good kick to the nuts. And if that won't work, either because the enemy is a woman or has balls of steel, Hector Von Ricmore isn't beyond pulling a few more cheap tricks out of the bag. Granted, Hector Von Ricmore won't be winning any medals for nobility or any prestige for a unique fighting style or a superb maneuver, but Hector Von Ricmore will still be winning, the best and most dirty way he knows how.
