Mystic Appius Wight is one of Dark Brotherhood's best new members. This is a statement of fact and not of opinion. He has only been a member of our club for ten months and in that time he has risen through the ranks at a pace that we do not often see. This pace was such that this award is actually his first Dark Jedi Brotherhood merit award because we focused entirely on promoting him!

Since his last promotion, Appius has served as a key leader within Clan Vizsla in the role of House Wren's Aedile (two months). Within his duties he has ran 9 competitions, contributed to two Wren reports, organized a review of all of his House's activity, contributed significantly to the House Wren/Clan Vizsla/Zsoldos (Planet) wiki pages, and led his house in the recent Vendetta against Clan Plagueis.

As a participant, Appius has tallied participation in 29 competitions, completed 5 ACC battles (that has to put him in the club's top 1%), and 11,000 words of competition submitted fiction. In the same time Appius has earned 1 x Bronze Nova, 3 x Ruby Stars, 4 x Amethyst Stars, 4 x Sapphire Stars, 2 x Emerald Stars, 43 Clusters of Ice, 25 Clusters of Graphite, and a Scroll of the Master for leading his apprentice through the Dark Brotherhood to the rank of Knight.

Outside of his Clan Work, Appius also provided significant contribution to the ACC by updating and revising the ACC rubric prior to its latest publication. Appius's efforts were integral to the ACC staff and gave them an outside perspective that helped them avoid group think.

Appius has performed phenomenally as a leader and a member of our Club. Congrats on your first merit award (the first of many!).
